North Yorkshire
Granary Cottage (maximum 6 people) is situated on the eastern fringe of the North York Moors National Park at Hackness, 5 miles west of Scarborough and the east coast; handy for Whitby, Filey, Bridlington, Pickering and York.
North York Moors is a National Park covering 550 square miles of peaceful rolling, heather-clad moorland and unspoilt valleys stretching from the Cleveland Hills in the west and then dropping steeply to the North Sea along a coastline famed for the old whaling port of Whitby and the seaside resort town of Scarborough.
The three bedroomed cottage is an 18th century barn and has recently undergone extensive renovation by local craftsmen, using natural stone and wood to provide a luxurious holiday home. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation.
