A traditional Highland sporting lodge recently refurbished to a high standard, Conaglen offers peace and quiet in a stunning location. Conaglen House combines the imposing, spacious grandeur of a Victorian Highland lodge with modern, comfortable living. Carefully planned over three floors and comprising of the Great Hall, Drawing room, Sitting room, Dining room, Billiard room, Study, Table-tennis room, 2 Double bedrooms (en-suite), 5 Twin bedrooms (en-suite), 1 Single bedroom (en-suite), 1 further Double bedroom, 3 further Twin bedrooms, 3 further bathrooms.

There is also a host of opportunities to try for salmon and sea-trout on a wide variety of fast and slow rivers in the secluded locations. A vast range of walks beckon, giving some of the most dramatic views in Scotland. Keep an eye out for deer, eagles, buzzards, red squirrels and an almost endless array of other animals and birds.

Rosehaugh Estate, Ross-shire’s Black Isle
Set in the heat of the beautiful Rosehaugh Estate on Ross-shire’s Black Isle, two unique, newly renovated Edwardian buildings are available. The houses are surrounded by mixed woodland containing some magnificent mature trees, grasses, wild flowers and shrubs. Both properties accommodate four people.
The Boat House stands on a hillside just above a small lake. It is a cantilevered, two storey building. Originally built as a boat-house at the water level. The Boat House is furnished and equipped to provide a charming holiday retreat.
Otter Lodge is an imposing stone building set in the valley below the lake, close to the Horseshoe Falls. Beautifully restored it is now an elegant and luxurious holiday home.
Well off the beaten track but within 25 minutes drive of the centre of Inverness Rosehaugh is a private landed Estate on the south of the Black Isle. There are some wonderful walks on the estate and a wide variety of Scottish wildlife, including red squirrels, pine marten, roe deer, osprey, red kites and many species of song birds.
Red Kite House
Red Kite House is a spectacular and beautiful historical building, recently renovated to provide holiday accommodation for ten people in two separate apartments. Set on a hill top at the end of an avenue of mature lime trees the house is surrounded by a large grassy area, ringed by tall douglas fir trees and wellingtonia redwoods, providing a secluded and quiet haven. The house is divided into two luxury apartments but can also be let as a single unit providing accommodation for up to ten people.
